"We booked a room for my wife, our teenage son and I. But When we arrived late in the evening we discovered that we only got two beds. So I had to call for them to get another bed. They were very quick to fix this. However, they forgot to add pillow and a blanket. I called them the follwing day, but we did not get blanket nor pillow. Only linens came. So it must have been some miscommunication, probably on my behalf. Also, there were no coat hangers in our room and nothing to hang our clothes...

"After reading the reviews i was expecting much worse. Room was clean as was the rest of the accommodation. The place definitely had seen better days but as a place to stay it was adequate. Cheerful if not overly cheep. However check in was difficult. I never received any check-in details and had to phone over a bad telephone line. Also it wasn't clear where the key safe was.
