"We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called. I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up. Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. "

"The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was made to feel very welcome. It was clean and tidy and good value for money. Good parking and very quiet. The room was small but the bed was comfy. Had a good nights sleep and the wifi was good."

"What a find, beautiful location, peaceful, on Sand Bay Beach front a few miles from Weston Super Mare but a world away. Nice hotel, clean, lovely presented double room with en suite, rainfall double shower, tv, small fridge, kettle, free standing fan, supply of tea, coffee, hot choclate.
