Park Central South Beach
Had a great experience with this hotel. Great vibes, food and rooms. Close to the beach and in the heart of south beach. One warning to those who enjoy going to bed early. You can hear the music outside till about 12:30am. Not a problem for me but could be for others.

Smart Brickell Hotel
Hotel and Rooms look somewhat new and are pretty much clean. Although there was some mold accumulation around the shower edge and shower floor, the rest of bathroom was clean.
