"We would definitely stay here again! The staff was excellent, the location was good. There was some traffic noise at night, but nothing some earplugs or white noise can’t take care of. Over all, we were very pleased with our experience!"
"Great staff, great service. The addition of Kiki the alpaca is amazing. Breakfast and experiences they offer are incredible. The only downside is that there is a lot of noise, so you can get woken up by staff members cleaning the rooms and talking on walkie-talkies"
"Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."
