"Overall great experience. Wonderful staff, amazing breakfasts, comfy beds and accommodations. It was a little noisy at nights with dogs barking (I think there were dogs somewhere in the actual hotel!) and street noise as the windows open to the street on some sides and have very little insulation. The showers were just OK and sometimes also ran out of hot water. The drinking water station needs refilled more frequently, it was consistently empty when we needed to fill bladders or bottles."

Perfect Home away from Home in Cusco
"I absolutely loved the Novotel Cusco! The staff was super friendly, and very helpful. The Novotel is located in the perfect location, quick ride to and from the airport, and a short walk to the main square in Cusco, tons of shopping & dining. Rooms were spacious, quiet, very clean, with extras like a mini bar for purchase. The lobby has a wonderful ambiance with tons of natural light, and the included breakfast was amazing. Most importantly, I felt safe here traveling as a solo female. "
