"We have a family member either celiac and were thrilled to find the entire hotel was gluten free. We thought it was beautiful and well maintained. We thought some of the adventure guides could have been better, but we otherwise loved our experience and would highly recommend the hotel."

I mentioned that we would be celebrating our daughter’s bday while we were there and they knocked on the door with a huge slice of chocolate cake and a candle and sang Feliz cumpleanos. "We only stayed one night when travelling through, but wished we would have had more time to enjoy the horse riding and ziplines. The dinner and breakfast was prepared for us by wonderful staff, and they catered for vegan, vegetarian and carnivores in our family group, including our 2-yr old grandson.
