"I liked how comfortable the bed was and that it was quiet there. I did not like the paint splatter dried in the tub, gray- hard to see in the photo, when I scrubbed it was coming off so they could have cleaned it. The hot water to the sink in the bathroom was turned off see photo. The coffee supplies were not fully stocked and an old coffee filter was left in the coffee maker. Opening the coffee without ripping the filter inside was a challenge (photo included). There was no signage to make...

"No notice on your site or theirs that pool was closed, we purposely booked for a pool & free breakfast. Stayed here years ago and was nice and attentive staff & then we had a nice room, not so much this time, shower know hard to regulate the water had trouble turning g down the hot water, shower dower door handle loose could fall apart. They just said to notify expedia..so I am. I am Marilyn Richardson, the person that booked reservation and paid for it. It was to be a special relaxing time away...

"Nice hotel with a restaurant in located in the lobby. Pool closes early, 8pm, but otherwise the hotel was nice, clean and spacious."

"The good: Located near the highway, many shops and restaurants (still need a car, however), large room, comfortable bed, nice Dove liquid hand soap and body lotion, decent coffee. The not so good: My room was damp and musty smelling and things were not as clean as they should have been; there was a black hair in my tub and another long one on top of one of the "clean" towels on the counter. The threshold between the carpet edge and the bathroom was full of dirt and ick, one of my pillow cases...

"This hotel is outdated. TV was tiny and did not have the capability of watching regular TV without using my phone. It was not worth the rate I paid. Through Expedia."

"Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....
