"Was not as expected. Other than the highly processed restaurant in the building there weren’t any amenities. The supply the cheapest quality of toilet paper which falls apart when using. Drawers did not stay closed which is a hazard at night when walking to the bathroom. Coffee in the morning was mud. We were notified we had to pay $20 a day for parking either. Shower floor was very slippery. I would not return."

"This place is really great. The staff are super nice and friendly. Our room was super clean, really quiet, and had a comfy bed with fresh, nice-smelling sheets. Breakfast was delicious and delightful. Parking costs extra, but it's secure. I totally recommend staying here."

"The hotel looked as good as the money spent to stay here, which was a pretty penny. They had a dozen or so options for breakfast each day. They also had snacks and healthy meals in the lobby so I didn't need to leave or order fast food. It was a nice, clean and calm environment that I could've saved money booking months earlier. "

"4 different staff members went out of their way to attempt to stoke me into unnecessary and potentially unfriendly conversation. Housekeeping on the 3rd floor has a set up that is not comfortable. Had only one unpleasant encounter w maintenance staff in same nature as general service. Orlando has a lot of servers yo. And yes, the rooms have open sockets where lights used to be with potential for abuse in my experience. I liked the area closer to the mini airport and festival park better."

"The rooms were extremely dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke; the keys didn't work, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Furthermore, there was a lack of security, and we were nearly mugged in the parking lot. I paid for a rate that I didn't even use."

"We could’ve stayed better. This place literally has holes and everything near it so please do remember that you will have to set your GPS to avoid the tolls because this is on a toll road. We had to pay tolls just to get into the hotel. The south was not the friendliest. It was kind of a rude environment and the cleanliness could be so much better and the property is so outdated."

"This place needs a facelift… we went to just chill and hang out. Our TV didn’t work in our room place was dirty and needs to be cleaned. Need more chairs around the pool people come to Florida for the sun. Won’t be back.."
