Minha estadia em julho

Gostamos muito da estadia, apesar do frio intenso de Curitiba o quarto estava muito bem preparado.. edredons limpos, ar condicionado quente funcionando perfeitamente e higienizado, banheiro com uma ducha muito boa e água quente nas torneiras. Nos sentimos em casa. Hotel só não conta com estrutura de vagas para veículos e acabam Nós direcionando para um estacionamento próximo (1 quadra) o que em dias de chuva se torna um caos e no café da manhã falta um controle de hóspedes gerando um constrangimento com as 3 vezes que nos abordaram, embora sempre com muito respeito e cordialidade No geral eu voltarei a me hospedar e recomendo o hotel.

Bom hotel pena que tem que pagar o estacionamento que fica muito distante da rua !! A pessoa que fica na recepção deveria prestar mais atenção nos nomes dos cliente pois quase fui em outro hotel por erro do mesmo

Hotel novo mas com equipe de limpeza péssima .

O hotel é novinho , recém inaugurado . Tudo muito lindo e confortável. Mas cheguei para fazer o checking às 15:30 sendo que o horário já inicia às 14h . Me deixaram esperando até as 16:10 pq simplesmente a camareira esqueceu de limpar o quarto . Oi ? 40 minutos esperando com malas e a família toda , tive que reclamar aí me colocaram em outro quarto , pois a governanta não conseguia liberar o quarto q já deveria estar limpo há tempo . Pois bem . Entrando no quarto tinha um amontoado de cotonetes usado atrás da porta . Impressão q tive q a pessoa da limpeza está querendo ser demitida , não fazendo k trabalho dela e impactando isso no bom atendimento do hotel . A estrutura do hotel é ótima , tudo novo . Só falta equipe . Achei poucos funcionários pra conseguir suprir as demandas .

HOTEL FANTÁSTICO EM CURITIBA

O hotel é maravilhoso, vá sem medo, super novo (3 meses de inaugurada) e muito bem decorando, quarto confortável com colchão bem confortável e bem decorado , chuveiro forte com boa ducha quentinha. A limpeza foi feita diariamente. O café da manhã merece um destaque pela variedade e gostosuras que foram servidas, boa variação a cada dia. Bolos, doces, donuts, sucos, pães… tudo muito.. mas muito gostoso, feito pela Josy uma venezuelana super simpática, claro fiz questão de conhecer(foto). A localização é centro e fica fácil pra deslocar. Os recepcionista são extremamente educados e solicitos quando precisei de alguma coisa eles eram fantásticos. Olha!! o hotel é perfeito no que se propõe a ser. A nota é 10. Saio feliz em ter ficado hospedado por 4 dias no Hotel Rochelle e claro com bons quilos a mais. Culpa da Josy. Obrigado equipe Rochelle e até a próxima. Vai haver.

Foi a primeira vez que passei por esse tipo de problema em uma hospedagem, o check in poderia ser feito às 14h, chegamos apenas às 15:30h e nos colocaram em um quarto que não havia sido limpo, sem lençóis, toalhas molhadas, sabonete usado por outros hóspedes, lixos cheios, cabelo no chão, solicitei a troca de quarto pois precisava tomar banho para ir a um aniversário, simplesmente o recepcionista Jair falou que não teria outro quarto e me perguntou pq eu não poderia tomar banho ali mesmo, já que não faltava nada, como eu como hóspede vou usar toalhas usadas? Tomar banho em um banheiro recentemente usado por pessoas que nem sei quem são? Ele ainda me perguntou oque eu precisava para tomar banho? E iria solicitar que alguém viesse limpar o quarto! Nossa sorte foi a gerente de limpeza que prontamente quando chegou ao quarto ficou abismada com a situação e no mesmo instante nos colocou em um quarto disponível e limpo! Fora isso, pedimos alguma taça ou copo no quarto e eles informaram que não tem restaurante no hotel e por isso não tem esse tipo de serviço, detalhe que no frigobar do hotel tem vinho para beber, mais copo e taça eles não tem!

Hotel novo, bem localizado, quarto confortável, roupas de cama e banho limpas e novas (toalha de banho super cheirosa), travesseiro confortável, móveis novos, café da manhã excelente, com muitas opções e reposição. O ponto alto foi o atendimento recebido pelos funcionários, em especial o Fabrício e o Cleusson. Muito cordiais, simpáticos, atenciosos, uma raridade nos dias de hoje. Era a última semana de trabalho do Fabrício no hotel e até em seu último dia, ele trabalhou com cordialidade e um sorriso no rosto. Teve um dia que passei mal e ele foi super gentil, solícito e atencioso. Quanta educação de ambos, atendimento excepcional. Pontos a melhorar: - Abastecer um pouco menos o frigobar, para termos espaço para armazenar itens pessoais. - A água do chuveiro do quarto 820 espalha muito e perde a pressão. - Camas de solteiro poderiam ser um pouco maiores, são bem estreitas.
