When asking for more pillows we were told one pillow per person. When we mentioned that we were having guests the next day they told us we could only have guests for 30 minutes but they could use common areas in the hotel. ?????Breakfast was weak, but included in the price.

Bom hotel. Mas alguns detalhes o desqualificam. Por exemplo, tv no quarto. No primeiro apartamento que entrei não tinha tv no quarto. Só na ante sala. No segundo, a tv era muito antiga, sem recurso nenhum. Tive que me distrair assistindo um filme no meu celular.

A experiência foi razoável para um hotel desse preço. O funcionário que nos recepcionou de madrugada na entrada foi um tanto hostil, porém todos os demais foram muito educados e gentis. O hotel cobra pela estadia dos pets. A área de lazer é antiga e a piscina bem rasa. Não oferecem serviço de lavanderia como descrito, é apenas passadoria. O check-in somente pode ser feito às 14h pela diária, como chegamos às 6h da manhã da mesma data tivemos que pagar + meia diária. Custou 590 reais a estadia de 30 horas.

Academia péssima

Quarto amplo, confortável, excelente atendimento desde a recepção. Bom café da manhã, porém com poucas opções. Escolhemos esse hotel por ter academia, porém ela é PÉSSIMA, com quase nada de equipamento, nenhum halteres ou anilha, apenas 1 equipamento, 2 esteiras e 2 bicicletas. Foi uma frustração enorme que acabou com o plano de treinos.
