"It was easy to get to this property via the tram after getting off our train from the train station. If you are arriving by plane, you can also easily access the tram to this property too. The proximity to a tram stop makes this property a standout. When we arrived, we were greeted by Edna and her son Craig. "Lovely place, Julie and her husband made us feel very welcomed to them. Great breakfast, clean, comfy room. Nice with homemade shortbreads in the room. Bought Julie’s own marmelade and jam as a memory from our nice and helpful hosts. We can definitely reccommend this guest house."

"Charming- a great find. We wished we had time for a longer stay. Terrific and thoughtful appointments in the room. We checked in late evening and phoned ahead to advise of being delayed. Staff very gracious and accommodating. Breakfast was fabulous. Good quality cereals, good range of hot food cooked to order. The mushroom omelette I ordered was the best omelette I've ever had. Sooo good with a light covering of grilled cheese on the top. "
