"I had booked the Family Evolution Room, but when I should up they stuck me in room much smaller & was not the room I paid for. the hotel is defiantly showing its age. we were on the 3rd floor & the 3rd floor ice machine was out of order. so we needed ice we had to go down a floor which didnt matter b/c there was no ice bucket in the room anyways. the pool & hot tub were okay for as old as the hotel is & for not being maintained very well."

"Staff was very nice and professional. Renovations were underway, however other than some new equipment boxes here and there, the location was very clean. But the one very disappointing thing was the breakfast. Only eggs and sausage were the hot options, but no condiments. Bread, muffins and cereal. No juice was available. Road traffic noise came through the windows more than I have experienced elsewhere. I typically will only consider hotels with a minimum rating of 8, so I would rate this an 8 but would recommend getting a room facing to the back side."

"The rooms smelled like mildew and mold. They were stuffy, and the walls are paper-thin. I heard my neighbor snoring all night. I arrived on Friday. I had 2 rooms booked, both with king beds. They only gave me one king bed, and the hotel was then booked solid. Saturday, when I came back from being gone all day, my room was not cleaned."

"We had a great stay. The only negative was we have asthma/copd and whatever the housekeepers use on the carpet made us struggle to breath. That would be the only situation that we wouldn’t stay here again."
