"The room was perfect. Location was central to shopping and great restaurants. The hotel was clean and well kept. There was also some covered parking available."

"Room was dirty and old. Scraped all over the walls, chipped paint. Bathtub was old and dirty. Shower curtain had dirt stains on it. The corners of the bathroom had dust bunnies and dirt. The window had finger prints all over it. They are also remodeling so there’s construction dust and paint splatters on the floor. We didn’t encounter any construction noise, I guess since it was a weekend. The hot tub was dirty with leaves and algae and the pool wasn’t any better. Would not stay here again. "

"The internet did not work and the night clerk was very testy with me: "We're full and the internet doesn't work when we are sold out". I said, "Wouldn't it be good practice to warn guests before selling them a room that that was standard?" My work depends on the internet and I would not have stayed here had I known. Staff was very flippant and unpleasant. The king sized bed felt like it came out of a 20-year-old trailer. I won't stay at BWs anymore!!!"
