"Everything about this location is fantastic!!!!"

"Has great potential. We booked a balcony room but were disappointed that the outdoor table and chairs had several dried bird poop stains on them, so we didn't end up using them. Some stains on the wall in our room and minor repairs needed in the elevator. They have a gym, pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna. The facilities were nice but were primarily used by men at the time my husband and I went, which made me feel a bit out of place."

"Beautiful hotel, disappointing service The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely grounds and a very comfortable room. I was genuinely sad to leave early. Unfortunately, the service really affected our experience. The receptionist who checked us in was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I tried to ask questions. I requested chamomile tea for the room, but it never arrived. I had also requested hypoallergenic sheets, which were not provided, and I experienced terrible itching. The Wi-Fi did not...

"The staff was very helpful with getting us checked in a smidge earlier than our check in time and for explaining how to travel the city. I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something close to Temple bar area but just far enough away from the tourism."
