Rocky Gap Casino & Resort
This place gets worse every year. We try holding on to what was once special but this is going to be our final visit. The golf course has taken the back seat to the casino and the casino is poorly done / managed. The place has become a trap for retirement and social security cash grab.

Sleep Inn & Suites Cumberland - LaVale
The hotel is spotless and well-maintained. I was in late and out early both nights but the two desk clerks with which I dealt were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I had to be out before the breakfast was available.

Love this place — we use it all the time now and it’s become one of our favorites. It feels safe with the fence all the way around and the gate at the entrance. The rooms are always clean. We also like the location — shopping is nearby, Ocean City is close, and Assateague is nearby too. Very convenient ...
