"we have stayed at this motel several times in the past years. The service is always good. The rooms are great, especially when you have a small balcony that looks over the falls. Breakfast is included in their nice little restaurant. We were welcomed with a smile and checked out with a smile. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. We had a bit of a problem with the television system, and within a few minutes, one of the staff came to our room to show us how it worked. That kind of service is very appreciated. We will definitely be returning here again probably next year as we make our way to PEI."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Shamrock Suites! The staff were excellent at communicating before and during our visit, and everything was very clean and well maintained. We stayed in the Adventure Train, which was much larger than we expected. The little details, including the train games, conductor hats, and themed decor, made the experience especially exciting for the kids. It felt like more than just a place to sleep and became one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfast was delicious, and we also highly recommend having dinner at the restaurant. The food was excellent and made the whole stay even more enjoyable. Shamrock Suites was unique, comfortable, and memorable, and we would happily stay again."

"The rooms were clean. The air conditioner could use a clean there was mould in it. The staff were very helpful for resetting our cards when I put it on my phone. They called us when my son had forgotten a very important bag. We really appreciated that. Breakfast was good. We will recommend your place and we would stay there again. We did a a mix up with our room. A staff member had tried to get into our room. It was hard to get back to sleep after that. It was a misunderstanding."
