The things we did not like were that no shampoo or conditioner were provided, not enough towels, no small hand towels. The bathroom floor and tub are slippery, very slippery. ..."

The biggest problem was the inability to communicate with anyone the first night & being forced to check into another, more expensive hotel for the night.
