"We really had a great time with our family! The staff were wonderful and friendly, and the food was tasty with a nice variety. The property is a little dated, but it was more than adequate for our stay. The big crabs scared us at first, but we eventually got used to them! The swimming pool, the bar and beach service were both really great. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the gymโit had all the equipment you need for a good workout. The music and entertainment were also great, although they should be a little more mindful of some of the songs they play since this is a child-friendly resort. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at The Palms at Coco Beach. Itโs a great location, close to the black sand beach and near the main road with plenty of shops, locals, and tourists around. The rooms are very basic and a bit dated, and our smaller room with two beds was quite small, including the bathroom. Donโt expect a Hilton or anything fancy, but if youโre mainly there to shower, get dressed, and sleep, it works just fine. The staff were super friendly, the pool was always clean, and the complimentary breakfast from 7โ10 a.m. was a great bonus. Overall, itโs a simple, no-frills place in a convenient location if you plan to spend most of your time out enjoying the area."

"This hotel will ruin all other hotels for you. The staff was incredible, the grounds were immaculate, the room was amazing, the wildlife and beach on property were unreal. Seriously, if you stay here, thereโs no going back to mediocre hotels. Youโve been warned. Weโre 100% going back. My wife literally cried when we were leaving."
