"The small boutique hotel was excellent and spotless. The service was very good. The workers were very helpful. They gave excellent advice for dining. The place was only 250 metres from my ETC training. I did not have to rent a car. The area was very safe. The street however has some decaying not well maintained houses. Abandoned land just across. The breakfast and the coffee was very nice."

"We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. "This is a total dump. My room was filthy, garbage full from prior guest. Beds not made, hair and other dirt on sheets. Left a can of spray for bedbugs on the table, so I got totally concerned. The receptionist is 300 meters up the street and his only English is to collect the fee for the room. This place should be shut down. Avoid at all cost."

"the hotel is located right in the middle of the town , so much so that you are sitting for breakfast facing the town's main church from just a few meters away. the staff is also very friendly. for the first time in our journies, the receptionist have offered to fill out our guest forms so we can go to sleep with our baby. it was super kind. the breakfast and housekeeping crew is also very welcoming. we will surely be back. if you travel to this side of the country, this place is unbeatable."
