Hotel Dekat Crystal Spring Park

"I will stay there in the future!"

"When we checked in, Eric was at the front desk and he was extremely polite and very helpful."

"The room was spacious and had a kitchen. The big screen TV was nice. The living room was comfortable. The bed which is listed as a queen, is not quite the size of a queen, but it was larger than a double. The staff was helpful. We had a squeaky bathroom door, which was located in the bedroom. I told the front desk and they took care of it while we were out. The place felt like there were people that lived there full time. I'm don't know for sure. The doors to the rooms slammed...

"It was a nice stay"

"I didn’t like the location of this room next to the hotel side door"

"I’ve done a lot of traveling with my dog and stayed at a lot of different hotels within this price point, and this was by far the nicest. Clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly- made me feel welcome. I highly recommend it- I’ll definitely return when I’m staying in the area."

"They lied and said the Hot tub was open, it was closed for 30 days, the pool had a layer of slime from oils of people’s skin, you could not go in it!!! The microwave way filthy inside with a layer of grease, the hair dryer had a slimy goup on the handle and the back was plugged with dust, we had to exchange it. We were very disappointed, the promo on the recording for a stay was so good, we really thought we were going to have a terrific time but we did not."

"The hotel needs repairs. There is newer flooring but the trim moldings are falling off the walls. The refrigerator showed signs of rusting on the doors. Hall lighting is very dim and the carpets needed cleaning. The staff , especially the general manager, Jan were helpful and warm. The continental breakfast was limited but the coffee was good and hot."

"This hotel is an oasis. The external neighborhood is your basic off-the-freeway strip mall area, which means it is a convenient location for places you might want to go. But once you are inside, you enter a peaceful, almost resort-style environment. The staff was very attentive to our requests - which included putting a 2nd chair in the room. Note that you should request a refrigerator if you need one. There are no microwaves in the room, but there is one available for use in the common...

"Staff was rude . Not helpful . Will not be returning"

"It was clean and convenient to the parking garage. Had a good breakfast offering. The hair dryer in the room did not work. The button to call the front desk on the phone did not work. The snake detector had a super bright light that flashed about every 6 seconds . It was like having a mini strobe light going off. It was very difficult to sleep as the light was so bright you could see it even with your eyes closed."

"The water pressure in shower was terrible and room didn’t had adequate supplies of facial tissues."

"While the hotel is under construction, the parking lot is a bit treacherous. I’m certain once thats done it will be great"
