"Check-in was straightforward, and the young gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The lobby smelled like a fart, and the parking lot and surrounding area felt a bit sketchy. As evening approached, the presence of homeless individuals in the lot was noticeable. The elevator felt a bit concerning as the door sometimes struggled to open and close properly. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with cozy beds. My bathroom door wouldn’t fully shut, but since I was traveling...

"We were in town for UT parents weekend. This was a nice location, only a short drive to campus. The breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly. They had orange and white cupcakes out for guests on the day of the game which was a really sweet touch! Very much makes you feel like you are in a college town. They quickly found and delivered a rollaway bed when our UT student decided to join us in the hotel at the last minute. The only thing I would change is to have housekeeping come and...
