"Cleanliness was ok, breakfast was good, was double charged an incidental of $50. They added one to my room total and charged an additional to my card. Was refunded the one on my room charge pretty quick but the other one took several days to fall off my card. No toilet paper in the bathroom in the room and there was not an extra roll to replace it. Elevator was sketchy and made loud noises when it went up and before it came to a stop. Old dated equipment in the room, TV and no modern plug ins for devices."
"The room was absolutely filthy and I found blood spots all over from bed bugs. I checked in and immediately back out. I asked for a refund and was refused. I asked for paperwork stating my check in and check out time so I could speak with Expedia about a refund and was refused that as well. It smelled awful and when inspecting the beds we found some type of torch lighter under the mattress. All around terrible experience we went to another hotel and had a great experience so yourself a favor and steer clear of this place"
"The man who runs the front desk is horrible. He has an angry, judgmental demeanor. Do not expect anyone friendly. It’s just this man and you as the customer since there are no other customers. He called and knocked so many times for me to check out it was frightening. He watches you move everything out of the room and immediately takes the key. He made me follow him back to the front desk before he would tell me he is keeping my security deposit for checking out 20 minutes late. This man is cruel and could care less about hospitality even if you’re the only guest. Oh, and the room was disgusting!!!!!"
