"Disappointed at check in. This was a stopover on a long trip. I chose this hotel specifically for the hot tub. Which I learned at check-in is apparently decommissioned. That was disappointing but not the end of the world. Then I got to my room and the little shampoo and lotion bottles were half empty. So clearly not swapped out between guests. (Yuck) The *blackout curtains * didn't come together all the way. So the room was lit over night by the parking lot flood lights and then at the crack of dawn. So not much ability to sleep. The one thing i really needed. Then in the morning at get housekeeping pounding on the door at like 9:15...just to see if I had left yet. I said no. Then listened to them go door to door like a swat team, speaking so loudly I could hear everyone conversation with every other guest still in their room. All and all one of the worst stays"

"For an older hotel it was nice. They were renovating so there was some messes as expected. Our rooms AC was a bit loud and the bottom seemed to be broken, but it did work. The morning breakfast was really good."

"Ideally situated close to downtown Sheridan, with an easy walk to everywhere. I absolutely appreciated the airport shuttle as well as the extensive breakfast buffet. The staff was SO friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, though in need of some updates. I would absolutely stay here again as it was a nice easy walk to my sister's house."

"I booked on the wrong day and the fee was non-refundable. I didn’t realize I had booked a day earlier than I intended. I called Inn and the gentleman at the front couldn’t allowed me to still come without any extra charges or issues. He was very helpful. The room was large and met the needs. The tub and the sink drained slowly. And the outlets wouldn’t hold my phone charger in place. Otherwise, nice place."
