"My only 2 gripes are, you can’t just walk in. It was nice that they didn’t leave you out in the cold and rain but to get all the way in, so as to “check in”, you had to grt someone’s attention. I am sure that this is meant for security but it was a bit of a shock seeing that I was unaware before arriving. "It was a wonderful stay however when I made my reservation it said I wouldn't be charged until we got there and I was unable to use the card that it was supposed to go on. So I'm at a limbo still trying to figure out what to do. Normally every hotel I've stayed at they never charged until we got there all I had to do is give them a card when I did the reservation and they charged my card when I got there. "
