Comfortable stay

The castle / hotel is surrounded by nature and the location is cozy and dreamy! We slept in the tower in a big comfortable room. The room however was a bit warm and no AC was available. The outside temperature was around 23 F. The restaurant offered good German food however a bit pricy. The spa was very nice with many sauna options, though some areas were not allowing kids so you need to bare that in mind you visit as a family as we did.

Vakker slottsopplevelse

Så vakkert hotell, virkelig supert gjennomført! Rommet var veldig stort og man følte at man fikk god valuta for pengene! Vi spiste en helt fortreffelig middag og vi følte oss meget godt tatt vare på. Etter middag gikk vi opp i baren, som ligger i slottet. Det var et utrolig vakkert bygg og det løftet opplevelsen ennå et hakk! Frokosten var meget god med passelig utvalg. Eneste jeg syns var synd under oppholdet var åpningstidene i basseng og saunaer. Det var ikke tilrettelagt for de som ønsker en tidelig økt i basseng eller å nyte varmen i sauna på morgenen.

A pleasant stay but the service was unpolite from 2 different receptionists. Maybe there was a language barrier or non-german customers were not allowed here. I would have expected better service. The pool area was quite small but renovated. The gym was also small but functional. Rooms were spacious. Some problems with getting cold drinking water from the water tap. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Ich war nur für eine Nacht im Haus. Aber aus meiner Sicht ist das eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem guten Frühstück. Würde jederzeit gerne wieder dort übernachten.

Tolles Hotel mit tollem Spa-Bereich! Das Restaurant ist allerdings total übertreuert und da das Hotel sehr abgeschieden liegt, hat man ohne Auto leider keine Alternative.

We really loved our stay here that we booked ourselves another night. They have proper beds and the rooms are neat. They provide a bag with bathrobes and slippers which you can take to the spa. The spa and wellness area is very good and relaxing. Everything was working apart from the foot bath area. They have a couple of different saunas. Everything is well organised and clean. I think we’d be back visiting this place again.

Endnu et godt ophold

Rigtig godt hotel i stille omgivelser med stor sauna / SPA afdeling for voksne og fin mindre opvarmet pool indendørs. Rigtig lækker mad i restauranten. Morgenmaden denne gang var i den dyere ende i forhold til standarden. Meget Fair priser for ophold - maden er i den dyere ende, meningspoliti veltillavet fra bunden. Jeg kommer gerne igen.

Alles bestens, nur Frühstück zu teuer.

Frühstück zu teuer, ansonsten sehr gut, auch die Saunenlandschaft bestens. Der See ist leider entfernt, etwas weiter zu laufen, jedoch gut geeignet, um im Sommer zu baden.

Mycket bra! Stort och fint rum som var väl städat och praktiskt. Tyst och skönt trots fullbelagt hotell. Det saknades ventilation vilket gjorde att det blev lite för varmt på rummet. Öppna fönster gjorde att det blev ok ändå.

Mysigt och fräsct men dyr frulle

Väldigt fint läge. Alldeles tyst i omgivningarna och perfekt för avkoppling. Fräscht och fint. Mysigt på kvällen. Blir en liten körning mitt i ingenstans men det skrämmer inte oss. Sonen på 10 år älskade det. Minus för dyr frukost. Den fick vi hoppa över.

Hyggeligt og lækkert sted.

Udover at poolen var lukket imens vi var der, så havde vi et rigtig dejligt ophold. Vi badede i søen bag huset i stedet for. Maden kunne godt være en smule bedre, men det var nok det eneste minus.
