Very nice rooms appear to be recently renovated. Clean and comfortable. We went to look at possibly moving to the area but changed our minds because of the lack of things to do. Most of the bars and restaurants are closed during the week and many places are closed. We wanted to get a drink and something to eat and couldn’t find a place within 40+ miles on a Wednesday afternoon. Sorry Crisfield you’re just not for us.

The staff here are excellent! They go out of their way to be accommodating to you, they allowed us to use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready as we’re arrived very early. Very kind and friendly. The morning breakfast was a bonus: make your own waffles, cereal, Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, juice, coffee. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The view overlooking the marina was nice, it was a quick walk to visit friends in the marina.

The motel was pretty much as expected from the pictures and description. It’s not a “destination” in and of itself, but it served our purposes as a place to stay before heading over to an extended stay on Smith Island. Our room had a full sized fridge (not sure if they all do) but this was very helpful as we were stocking on groceries to take with us on the boat to Smith Island.

Clean hotel convenient to the docks. Good value but I’d recommend booking through the hotel and not this site. Hotels.com charged me a lot more than the hotel itself charges for a room.

Looks plain from the outside. Rooms have been updated. They are clean. We had a king room, plenty of room, 3 chairs (many other more expensive places we have stayed at had only have 2). Full refrigerator, large freezer, though no icemaker. Have to get ice from the front desk. We brought ice packs, so all was good. Plenty of parking. We stayed mid-week, few guests so cannot remark much on how quiet the rooms are. Check-in/out staff friendly and knowledgeable. Very close to food and tourist sites. On the marina.

The motel is undergoing renovation, and the exterior is not finished. Our room was refurbished, clean, and comfortable. During the pandemic we are looking for places where each room has its own ventilation system, so this fit the bill. The family that owns and runs the motel are friendly and helpful.

I can't really fault them. The place was under renovation and, I'm not sure if something weather related was the cause. The appliances in the hotel room looked dated and well worn. Other than that, the rates were reasonable. It's a good local motel to stay in but, don't expect resort quality.
