"The room was great. Very quiet which is important to me when travelling. But the breakfast was a big disappointment. We have stayed at several Hampton Inns and always enjoyed the breakfast, so it was disappointing."

"Pros: The hotel was as advertised. It seemed well kept, we encountered no noise issues, and appreciated the better-than-average breakfast offerings. They also had around-the-clock complementary hot beverages and cookies in the lobby. Cons: The shower didn't have a door which seemed odd to us, but it still worked okay. Disappointed that breakfast was still served with single-use plastic silverware. Thought we were moving away from wasteful practices like that... (and would have been nicer to have actual flatware/mugs)."

"They had a good variety to choose from for thr breakfast. To my surprise the service agent called to see if the room was OK. That is customer service for you. The general areas were clean and well kept. Check was great and you felt welcome by the service agent."

Quelques problèmes étaient rencontrés lors de notre séjour de 2 nuits: la climatisation était incontrôlable, la toilette bouchait facilement. La cuisine était pratique. Le lit était trop mou."

"Our cottage was reasonably clean. It is rustic but we enjoyed our stay. The 3 queen beds were comfortable and nice pillows provided. Staff answered very quickly when I texted them. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and utensils. Pool was very nice and location of cottage so close to the river was nice for fishing and kayaking and was beautiful! We enjoyed bonfires and barbecues. It is close enough to Campbellford to go on an outing and hike across the suspension foot bridge and get donuts from Doohers bakery. Cottage could use a bit of repair of the air conditioner and the door. Hopefully they will do that and make it 5 star."
