"The front desk lady was the ONLY thing pleasant about this stay. The other guy up front was very rude and unprofessional. They have a little ice maker in the "lobby" area. With that being said, I needed some ice before I left so I proceeded to get ice in the bucket they provided. He had an issue with me getting ice and started telling me to leave. .that I can only get a small amount because they don't have an actual machine...(Mind you, I'm using their provided bucket.) "I was expecting the pool/spa area to be better. The spa is permanently closed. Looks like a major Crack in it. The pool area is dirty and not maintained as it should be. Overall, the hotel needs to be updated with new fixtures. The shower fixtures were coming out of the wall I thought that they were going to break. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. All the room were clean and the linens were very good. Beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. Great stay just needs to be updated...

"I loved that they had a laundry area for guests that was free to wash and dry. The things I disliked was the room size no where to walk no chair with a back to sit on, the floors were dirty. We spent 3 nights and no one came to bring extra towels or take out the garbage, shade didn’t work you couldn’t put it up or down. We asked someone and they said most of the rooms the shades are broken and the breakfast was just a cold breakfast very small."

"Nice rooms, nice pool, complementary breakfast, and even a free dessert bar at night. If you want to be close to the strip this is a great option. There's a pirate themed miniature golf course right next door. If you just need a no frills place to stay this is a great choice. Id definitely stay here again."
