"Really nice hotel in a great location. The review would have been a 5 but for the fact of the most ridiculous system is in place on the bar for food. I ordered an appetiser and a main course stating it was a starter followed by ,,,,,,, To my surprise they came out together. I asked the waitress who grunted that’s the way the kitchen do it and making me feel I was a tad unreasonable. I suppose the saving grace I did not order an ice cream for dessert."

"Wouldn’t stay here again. Terrible sleep, disruptive guests partying in other rooms, ineffective staff, creaking floorboards, loud door entry systems, bar and restaurant permanently closed. Awful"

"Couldnt make cup of tea as could only boil kettle using sockets near the floor as no sockets near the kettle. Rediculous..!! Breakfast finishes at 10am..by 10.10 everything had been cleared away...!!! I Wanted to get changed into my wedding outfit in my room before to going to the church at 2pm but was told that would cost an extra £25 to use a room just to get changed..!!!as check in is 3pm..!!"
