Hotel Dekat Crescenta Valley Dog Park

"Nice hotel, smooth check in, plenty of parking, and at great price. Will be staying here again when in the area."

"Great location and we loved the lobby coffee station, only wish the pool was heated. Great stay and would definitely recommend."

"Room absolutely spotless, well maintained. Only downside is its next to the freeway so all night you do hear the cars’ and trucks all night long. It was hard to not hear all them cars. But otherwise its great room."

"I love the place, reasonable price"

"Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Our stay at the Coast Burbank Hotel was extremely disappointing. The customer service did not meet our expectations, the beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were excessively fluffy. One of our biggest concerns was being charged for a night we did not stay. We provided more than 24 hours' notice that we would be checking out early, but management declined to provide a refund. This left us feeling that our concerns were not taken seriously and...

"Was almost perfect but the floor was really dirty for some reason ."

"Our stay was very nice. The location was convenient to the convention center and the property was clean and safe. Breakfast had good options and was very convenient. The room was great; clean and comfortable. My only wish is that the fitness center was available earlier as the hour of 9am–9pm are when we were out to the conference. Overall a great place. Would stay here again."

"Aging but we'll maintained. The ambiance is what gives it charm. The restaurant is a surprise. I would return to just have dinner if I'm ever in the area. The staff top to bottom went out of their way to be helpful. Reasonable rates for being so close to Universal and have their own shuttle that runs hourly."

"The room had a funny odor. In addition, the front door lobby stayed unlocked all night. No security measure to scan hotel card to get in or take the elevator. There are no security measures in place to prevent non hotel guests from getting in."

"The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location. The rooms are nice and spacious, which we really appreciated. However, there were a few things that made our stay less enjoyable, especially considering the price and the hotel's luxury rating. First, we noticed a few spiders in the bathroom. I'm not afraid of spiders, but seeing them in a hotel of this caliber is not a good impression. The breakfast was also extremely underwhelming and did not meet our expectations. Another...

"No complaints. Good staff, clean room, my kid is asking to go back already lol"

"Love the evening reception and the breakfast was the largest spread of options I've ever seen. My kids loved the pool and laundry was very helpful! Staff was excellent! Disappointed most machines in the workout room were broken."

"Great room, quiet, location is perfect Lots of breakfast options included"
