"The rooms were very clean and hotel was well maintained. The front desk staff were terrible. Checking in took 20-30 minutes because staff didn’t know what they were doing. When I went to check out I asked for a receipt. They never did get one printed or email me the receipt like promised. Two different staff members and two horrible experiences."

"You pay for what you get in this stay. It was my first and last visit at the Lone Tree. I have passed through Sidney on multiple occasions and stayed at other places nearby. I only require a clean bed and room for my stay in a hotel. Immediately upon checking in and checking out my room, I discovered that the window curtain rod was detached and I reconnected it, lamp shade over the bed was not connected and hanging sideways which I readjusted, no remote for the TV and had to go to the desk to...
