Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre Cranbrook
We were in town for a conference that was held at the Heritage Inn. The staff was fantastic, the breakfast was very good and the rooms were large and clean.

Breakfast was fresh with a tasty omelet freshly made. Choice of how eggs prepared. Lots to drink, even decaf coffee. Nice server.

We stayed in the juniper this time, the unit was a lot cleaner and the a/c worked perfectly. So far the juniper has the best units. Tv worked, bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good.

Easy transaction. Good property. Limited amenities due to off-season. If you intend to do laundry, bring your own soap etc... machines broken and need servicing. Overall good experience and will consider staying again.
