"We thoroughly enjoy staying in this hotel. Just would like to have more food options in Clarkdale."

"Hotel is exceptionally clean. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful."

"It's a great place to stay if you are looking to stay downtown Cottonwood. Its nice to not have to drive to hotel after hitting downtown wine shops and restraunts. Nice quiet place. Rooms are clean and nice. The little coffee/tea room on the property is nice to have. Parking in the back is easy. Lots of space. We will definitely be going back."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The property is tired but kept clean and in good repair. Breakfast included with stay is very good with eggs, waffles and all the accompaniments. We will stay here again when we are in Cottonwood."

"Our hosts, Michelle and Stef, have truly created something special here. This was undoubtedly the best stay of our trip. The room was immaculately clean, the bed provided the best sleep we had in Arizona. The ranch sits on a beautiful property overlooking the mountains in the distance. "Such a fun and beautiful place to stay! Centrally located and the restaurant is delicious! Can't wait to return!"

"One of the nicest and well equipped small motels I have ever stayed in. The room was completely updated and immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!"

"It was nice to have a place to walk around, and a kitchen to use. We did utilize the laundry facility and got in the hot tub one day. The facilities were very well kept up. It was a nice place to stay while we enjoyed all of the surrounding towns. -Sedona, Jerome, Cottonwood."

"Love this motel. One of the best deals in Cottonwood."

"We navigated through the small RV park & found the cul-de-sac of nice, new tiny homes that were not too tiny. The home was clean and in excellent shape. We loved the high ceiling & beautiful windows. The showerhead was even tall enough for my 6'4" boyfriend. The water heater needs to be turned up on notch."

"Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ausreichend vorhanden. Zimmer ordentlich und sauber. Frühstück ausreichend und für den Start in den Tag in Ordnung. Personal sehr freundlich. Auf Sicht sollte alles wieder etwas aufgehübscht werden."

"Exactly as the photos show! like new, clean and cozy. would stay here again. close to Jerome for a day trip and also close to Sedona. easy highway access and walmart is close by if anything additional is needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
