This property is ok but service was not on par with expectation. One full day we were without water to the cabin. A tree fell and blocked cabin passage and bringing luggage out was difficult and without staff help. Being a remote place having a tools to take care of wind damage should be a lodge priority. Dinner menu was a single dish (no options). Breakfast was good.

I have 2 complaints. 1. This lodge is not in the correct location on the Expedia map. 2. Although I had a confirmation code, they were not expecting me. The lodge is quite a bit out of town, which is not what I wanted or expected. However, the staff and the beauty of the accommodations made up for my 2 criticisms.

My son who is abroad was unable to find the place. Your map on the web shows the property right downtown two blocks from the Plaza de Armas where he met a NOLS Expedition this morning at 7am. Please fix this problem so someone else doesn’t have the same unpleasant experience. I requested a refund from Calafate Lodge.

Not good. The water stopped working on the day I got there and none of the guests were given notice of this so that we could find another hotel. I only got a hot shower one day. The heating system is old. Would not recommend.

Me hospede por 1 noche y me cobraron 2 noches. No me quieren devolver el dinero de la segunda noche alegando que ellos no han hecho un segundo cargo aunque aparecen 2 cargos en mi tarjeta de crédito. Además la ubicación del hotel que está mostrada en el mapa de Expedia es incorrecta, el hotel está fuera de la ciudad de Coyhaique, no en el centro.

El hotel brinda en la publicidad una dirección en el centro de la ciudad, cuándo en realidad la verdadera dirección es en las afueras de la misma. Lejos de todo y por caminos de tierra, apenas se puede estacionar. El hospedaje es una caja de zapatos, la calefacción no funcionaba en su remplazo pusieron una estufa eléctrica. El bañó ni siquiera cuenta con ventana o ventilación alguna,ni siquiera un extractor. El colchón es viejo y ruidoso. Además la recepcionista te cobra aparte de lo que se paga en la aplicación.

Habitación con ducha defectuosa. Se acababa el agua caliente a mitad de la ducha. Además sin presión de agua cuando en la habitación de al lado abrían la llave. Solicitamos cambio de habitación o reparación del problema. Nos dijeron que iban a ver…que estaban muy ocupados. Al segundo día decidimos irnos…ahí nos cambiaron. Mínimo requisito de un hotel…tener agua Caliente. No volveremos
