"The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. "This hotel was perfect. You walk in the door and it smells amazing. They even have free cookies at the front desk. The breakfast was very good too. Sausage, omelets , has browns, cinnamon rolls . Plus all the regular stuff like cereal or yogurt. Really beautiful hotel with super clean rooms"

"This hotel was a disaster from the beginning. Its office hours are 11am - 7pm. I had to call someone to be able to check in! It had a big warning sign on the office window that if you backed in to your parking space you would be towed! My room only had two lights on the wall as I think the main light on the ceiling had been replaced with a smoke alarm. The room was very dim as one of the 2 lights was only 25 watts. None of the sinks or bathtub had a drain stopper. It had a full size...

"The entire stay was horrible. The hotel room smelled horrible - had to go to the store to get candles and air freshener. The breakfast was ridiculous. No choices and the couple of things they did have were stale and expired. Coffee was like tinted water. Ended up driving to Waffle House instead. The people in the room next to us partied all night as loud as they could and staff refused to do anything about it. Ended up checking out at 3am because we obviously weren't going to get any sleep and...
