"Expedia website says this place is dog friendly. I arrived at 11pm and found out from front desk that the parent hotel is pet friendly however the Holiday inn was not. Luckily the staff was able to make this work, however there was a second there after 10 hours of driving that it seemed like my non-refundable hotel room suddenly became useless because Expedia and the hotel information differ."

"The front desk staff person was a lady named Mel. She was wearing a name tag that read “Mel: Night Audit”… we arrived at 10 PM and she was behind the desk with a younger man. We were the only people in the lobby. We walked straight to the front desk and stood in front of her and she did not acknowledge us for several minutes. She was working on something at the computer and was very upset. She was telling the younger man that worked there how no one else who works there does their job right and...
