"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. We did not receive any special care. It was just a normal check-in. Check in service was fine. People at the front desk were helpful. Restaurant staff was rather slow. Don’t be in a hurry to get out of the restaurant if you go here. Service is not very attentive.
