"Pros: This hotel was a nice clean place to stay with no-frills. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was always warm and delicious with some variety. There was a fitness area we did not use, but from the door it looked nice. It was a short drive to get on the Metra at Lagrange Road and go into the city. "Without a doubt, the view of the pier and city skyline was the BEST part of this hotel experience. The room was pretty large and had a great sitting area to read, gaze at the water, people watch, and relax. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. Everything I needed and wanted to do for this trip was at the Navy Pier so the Sable Hotel checked all my boxes."

"Overall, we had a good stay at the Freehand Chicago. The location was convenient, and despite being in a busy area, we slept peacefully throughout the night. The hotel was also accommodating in holding our luggage after checkout since we had a later flight, which we appreciated. That said, there were several areas that could be improved. "Wonderful building, strategically well located in a very beautiful Chicago area, staff is super friendly and accommodating, I got there early and they had no problem assigning my room inmediatly, I booked a panoramic room, the view was breathtaking!! The restaurant service is also great, I had a delicious breakfast and they have a very appealing brunch package. I will be coming back every time I have to work in Chicago!"
