"We had a great one-bedroom suite, that was very clean and well stocked. The lodge is beautiful, with lots of activities & gathering places. I love that there are no TVs—our family played games, used the hots tubs and spa, hung out and read in the cozy common lounge, and made s’mores (provided by the lodge) every night at the firepit. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. The only complaints are the sofa bed (not comfortable) and the finicky coffee maker in the room. 100%recommend the...

"Wonderful bed and breakfast style smaller hotel. The hotel itself is older but that’s the charm of it. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice and clean as well. The restaurant next door is absolutely delicious! Not a far drive to Yosemite entrance and the town of Groveland is awesome. I would highly recommend staying here! "

"We loved our first gleaming experience. I took my husband for his birthday and he enjoyed every moment of it. The staff is friendly and helpful at all times. Every request or question was answered, which eased my nerves as it was my first time camping since I was a kid. The site is just really cool. 24 hour staff, activities(S’mores night was happening while there), happy hour. Just a fun place to stay for a night or two. I really enjoyed it. "

"We loved this quirky hotel situated just next to a cowboy saloon established in 1842, with colourful characters sitting at the bar. My partner, with whom I fell madly in love 2 long months ago, gave me a run for my money on the bue pool table, both her and the table being in great condition."

"Excellent service. 24 reception, clean tent with as promised amenities. Heating was great in the heated tent I stayed in. The heated tents come with a plug point too so if you carry a power strip it works great. "
