"Positives- staff was very nice and room was clean Feedback- breakfast was very average- hotel buffet quality, the lounge area had no end tables or games, etc for down time. The room itself was inadequate- missing lightbulbs, outlet did not work in the bathroom, small night stands with only one small lamp, no comfortable seating, extra pillows & blankets should be available and no clear orientation upon arrival or via email( no service until you arrive). I was very disappointed with this unkept b and b- work needed on the property. Also...no smoke detector in room. Would not recommend!!!"

"Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. First, the front desk staff was not friendly at all. When I asked, “Can I check in?”, the lady at the front desk somehow responded with “Restroom?”, which was very confusing. I’m not sure what caused the misunderstanding, but the interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. The entire check-in process felt rushed and unpleasant. She spoke extremely fast and showed no patience, without caring whether I could understand her or not. Second, when I asked if it was possible to switch to a room on the first floor, she didn’t even check availability and immediately said no. It didn’t feel like she was willing to help at all. Finally, the soundproofing in the rooms is very poor. That night, my child wasn’t feeling well and we wanted to go to bed early. We called the front desk around 9:30 PM about the noise, and they told us quiet hours start at 10 PM. However, even after 10 PM, the noise continued. We could clearly hear footsteps from upstairs, as well as flushing and water running. The only positive aspect was the breakfast — there was a good variety of options, and it was quite enjoyable. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest, this is not a good choice."

"The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Very responsive. Hot water in the shower didn't last long enough for two consecutive showers so I would plan accordingly. The mattress was not the worst but could have but could have been a little more comfortable. A ceiling, floor, or tabletop fan for circulation of air would have been a nice addition. Overall a good stay!"
