Cottage Grove hotels from RM275

"The breakfast buffet was nice. The manager's reception was OK. They had the "good stuff" on display; however, once you ordered your drink, they used the generic brand, not the liquor they displayed. I have a few complaints, however, too lengthy to explain. When I went to the front desk for 2 different reasons (1. TV remote missing in our room, 2. Misinformation was given to us about the manager's reception), the ladies were rude and dismissive (two different ladies per encounter). Overall, the breakfast was a plus, the manager's reception was OK, but this is not enough to bring me back due to the other issues."

"I was rudely treated by staff after booking through Expedia. I arrived at hotel only to be treated horribly by staff and was not able to check for some odd reason! I was not informed and the hotel response was its Expedia fault. Ruined my birthday weekend."

"We had a great first day but the second night was 180 difference. There was a DV incident on the floor above us and when we tried calling the front desk, no one was answering. Called 911 and my husband met the police at the hotel lobby. When we tried to talk to staff about it the next day, we got a defensive response “you know how it is, we’re in the hotel business.”"

"It was a nice hotel, but things are so overpriced. There is no microwave in any of the rooms except for suites which forces you to constantly eat on the premises (it’s in the middle of nowhere). We likely won’t be coming back."

"The room was clean, the halls were very old and could use an upgrade. The desk staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was pretty much nothing. A bowl of cereal or literally a loaf of bread you could toast isn’t much of a breakfast. I think they need to really work on that and offer a bit more. Other than that, it was fine. "

"Needs to be clear before you book a nonrefundable room that there is an additional charge for parking."
