"Positives -
The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre.
Negatives -
Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work. We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement...

"I recommend other vacation rental properties.
The property is newly and modern exactly, but that is only.
You must have your physical credit card when check-in. You cannot use a digital card.
There are no laundry, just ONE coffee capsule, ONE dishwasher detergent, even we booked a few days.
The hospitality is totally poor as hotel of same price range."
