We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement...

"We stayed three days and it was fine. The furnishings were basic. The property is very poorly equipped in that you need to provide your own washing up liquid, sponge, drying up towel, dishwasher tablets, loo cleaner, hand soap etc. . There is nothing to eat or drink provided by the owners - no welcome pack… first stop the supermarket. Bedding and towels are the minimum too and if I was going again, I would take my own towels. You have to pay a 500 euro deposit and clean up and remove the dirty...

Great location, less than 10 minute walk to two beautiful beaches and a short bus ride away from the city centre (the bus stop is right across the street from the hotel) They offer indoor parking for 10€ /day although there are some spots on the street. "They really need to look at their cleaning training and general customer expectations. Our closest was filthy, one towel each for a week, half a toilet roll, stains on sheets. However, staff were receptive to our complaints. Breakfast was excellent, pool was great, location was great too."

"We had a very comfortable stay overall. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the shower was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free parking was a real plus—easy to access and very convenient for travelers with a car. The property also has easy access to the main town, although I’d recommend getting an early start on weekends. Our only real challenge was finding food after arriving late. Dining options nearby are quite limited after 9pm. There is a restaurant right around the corner, and we appreciated the 10% guest discount, although our experience there was below average. This may have been more a matter of timing than location, so I’d recommend planning ahead if you expect to arrive late. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay, especially if you’re traveling by car."
