The temperature outside was 24 at night when it was 32 in Verona everything was wonderful. The mom was a darling. We were so lucky to find that place. We will be back for sure. "El hotel está muy bien ubicado en Sermione y cuenta con una posiciona de agua termal que está incluido en el precio de la habitación. La comunicación con el personal del hotel fue muy mala, ya que no hablan español y el inglés es terrible, por lo que las preguntas que hacía no daban respuestas correctas o incompletas. El hotel es muy viejo y requiere una inversión importante para actualizarlo. Hasta las camas y almohadas eran de los años 1960."
