"Stayed for 5 days, and they only had 1 working elevator. The WiFi didn't work, and I was told by staff at the Front Desk that it was being worked on, only to be told the next day by a different staff member that they had no idea it wasn't working. There was no phone in the room, which I also told the Front Desk. I was told they would notify Maintenance, but a phone was never provided for my room. "

"The place is really clean. And has everything you need and a bit more with the fridge. Room is huge and laid out for business traveller. I would have appreciated that in traveling for work days. The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. There needs to be a sitting chair in the rooms though other than the ottoman and desk chair (desk chair however is a comfy work chair!). "

"Low end for a Hilton. Breakfast was quite limited, but adequate. Coffee was weak. Rooms are newly remodeled for rebranding and there is missing paint in areas they switched hardware. Plaster and drywall repairs were not well done. Pillows were straight awful."

"The breakfast was average but plentiful and satisfying. The pool area was beautiful. The equipment room was also nice. We especially appreciated the free hotel shuttle and the $15 cruise terminal shuttle. There were restaurants close by. The free laundry service and printing. Station were very much appreciated."

"Good location. Needs updating. The fan in the bathroom sounded like crickets. The plug-in at the sink is loose. Shuttle to airport does not start until 6 am. One of the reasons i booked was for the shuttle. We needed a 5 am. So extra cost for id getting an Uber "
