"Attractive building with underground parking for small cars. Central location. Clean. Friendly. Bartender not interested in serving us anything more exotic than red or white wine in spite of extensive drinks menu. Fortunately lots of other bars and cafes near by. Registration took an age but that may not be unusual."

"A simple but good hotel in an ideal location right next to the Old Town and a short walk from the Port. We had a perfectly good room with a lovely bathroom and good shower. The TV didn't work but that didn't matter as we weren't there to watch TV. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the onsite cafe offered really good breakfast options at decent prices. "We had read many reports about access to the property if you have a car….so we parked at the bottom of the hill in a large enclosed multi storey car park and called for a taxi to be dropped off at the Parador. If maybe you have a small backpack or small wheeled case you may enjoy the long walk uphill in the heat….dont let this deter you.
