"We found the staff helpful although appeared a little stressed at times at breakfast had to actively look for someone to help with Tea. Not enough coffee machines. Shame pool not open till 11am. Comfortable bed."

"Nice hotel close to the centre of Jerez and within walking distance of the main attractions. It's a bit dated and could do with a refurb but it suited us fine as we were only staying for one night. It has a nice foyer and breakfast room. Selection at breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Nice hotel in a good location, lots of history. Parts of the hotel and rooms require maintenance and updating. Food was good, we had an evening meal and breakfast and choices and quality were pretty good. Overall the hotel is clinging on to 4* status but but still good value for money. We found the staff in every part of the hotel to be polite and friendly and professional."
