"Nice resort; a little tired in spots but nice staff, quirky, but charming rooms. Stayed in a tree house and then a sea view room; which I ended up preferring. Climbing the steps to the treehouse got old quickly.

is nice and I had great massage. Water in Ocean was a little murky, restaurants were hit or miss. Breakfast was good."

"Our suite was fantastic, with a private pool. Food was decent. The service, especially at the front desk, was pretty horrible. When we checked in there was a woman who didn’t help anyone, and kept rolling her eyes. It took an extra hour to get into our room, and they tried to charge us for transportation we didn’t take. "Hotel is a bit removed from the main road but once you arrive you’ll be very pleased with the location. Food was amazing for the price. Great service. Any special request was accommodated without special charge. Romantic spot for couples or great spot for a group of friends or family just looking to hang out. Gif Highly Recommend. "Overall the experience was good. However, upon arrival there were no face towels in our room, but after a quick call to Expedia, the hotel provided the face towels. The breakfast buffet was $25.00 per day (fresh fruit juice's) Great value if you're not leaving the hotel. The pools and spas were all in good condition. "

"The hotel and island were beautiful. Very quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Some of the staff speak English and Spanish. But most only speak Spanish. So if your Spanish is limited you may need to use a translator on your phone. But it is pretty easy to order food and plan activities even if your spanish is limited. It is possible to do almost everything with a credit card or US dollars. But I recommend bringing colombian mil pesos as it will be much easier. The food was amazing....
