"The house has sooo much potential and the location is amazing and we were happy at the beginning of our stay till an electric outage happened half way through our holiday and the client service of that place was nothing but non professional. They left us with no help or support and we had older people who struggled to roam the house in the complete darkness and when we did call them every time someone says that they are on a new shift and did not abiut what happened earlier. "Good air con,nice views from balcony Difficult stairs up to suites on top floor- especially carrying suitcase up& down. Noise from building site opposite not good. Decor needs updating"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Westin Malta. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent and breakfast was delicious. The gym was fantastic, although it became quite busy with local members during the week. The bathrooms could do with updating, and getting a sun lounger was a bit of a rat race. We also felt an adults-only pool would improve the experience, as children jumping into the cold tubs and bombing into the main pool made it less relaxing."

"The hotel was nice. Unfortunately the spa pool was closed as they were doing maintenance. You couldn't use the gym after 7pm as it was all closed up unfortunately. I had a few problems with my room but they sent somebody up and dealt with it immediately. There was a smell of drains on my floor and also in my room but it wasn't too bad as you got used to it. The swimming pool seemed really dirty altho I did see them clean it. But I felt some hairs and it looked dirty at the bottom. The pool was very crowded but we dis find a sunbed, although they were very close to eaxhither. The hotel was nice but not exceptional. Breakfast was very good"
