Very comfortable bed and had a great night's sleep here. Was in town for a 2 pm funeral so staff allowed me a late checkout time. Very nice and accommodating! Great place to stay.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Executive Inn and Suites and found it a nice upgrade over just a Best Western. The king suite I had was nice and large and the A/C worked great. The bed was very comfortable. The only problem I encountered was the breakfast. The choices for sweeteners for your coffee are sugar packets or saccharin packets, no equal or splenda. I will never stay here again because I refuse to use sugar or cancer-causing saccharin in my coffee.

We were looking for a refuge as our home was without power after Hurricane Beryl. We were so fortunate to land a room here! The lady working the breakfast area was so kind and sympathetic to our situation. She was so welcoming to all ! The desk clerk as well was very helpful and kind. The lobby and our room was very clean and quiet. . Best Westerns are our “go-to” hotels during our travels due to their quality and value. This one proves why. Well done!

This place has bed bugs in one of the rooms that we rented. My grandson was bitten several times and had welts , he took video the next morning of the bugs in his bed but the manager all but called me a liar when I reported it to her. Never staying here again

Keeping deposits with a by excuse

The room was amazing easy to check in, but there were little things missing that made us uncomfortable management they take care of the problem made a made up an excuse to keep deposit at checkout

The carpet was old and dirty, the bathroom shower had mold around caulking. We stayed 2 nights, they did not made my bed our change towels. The room smells, I called the office to change pillow cases.

The backdoor was broken so we could not use the room key. There was a broken hanger I took to the front desk so I did not get charged for it. The towel rack fell off the wall, so I put it back on and secured it properly, should be good now for more guest. The batteries in the TV controller did not work. Other then that we had a good stay.

Horrible

First came in there was no one at the front desk. I had to use the restroom, and they were locked. The housekeeping lady told me i had to wait for the front desk to come open it. After waiting for five minutes, I left to go find a restroom and came back. The one lady at the front desk greeted us by saying "yeah?" We were told the only rooms left were on the third floor and that the elevator was out of order. Trying to be funny the lady says we have stairs though. The entire hotel looked dirty and the room was freezing, even after turning the heat ro 80. The bed was hard and the comforter was almost as thin as the sheets.
