"My daughter and I were very unhappy with the fact that for two nights in a row, there were loud parties going on downstairs late at night. When my daughter called the first night, she was told that she could move her room. When I called the second night, the staff member told me that he would take care of it, but it did not quiet down until almost midnight."

The room was clean enough but had outdated furniture, TV etc. The WiFi was too slow and unstable to be usable, which coupled with the lack of phone signal was quite annoying. Breakfast was chaotic and not up to the standard we would've expected. Lots of guests waited for a long time for coffees, teas etc which didn't arrive. Most of the buffet was empty at middle of service. The spa was quite nice and had a decent pool and sauna. Overall not 5* quality. "
